It appears that TurboTax has miscalculated my state income tax. How can I get this resolved?

No one can see your tax return.  Why do you think your state is incorrect?  What state?   And did you already e-file?

This is for Indiana and locality C-53 (Monroe County).

TurboTax has calculated that I owe an amount much higher than expected. I went ahead and calculated my state income tax manually using the Indiana IT-40 form. My calculation is equal to my state and local income tax as stated on my W-4.

TurboTax has calculated that I owe ~24% more in state income tax. This leads me to believe that the TurboTax calculation is incorrect.

And.......did you e-file it already?   Have you checked to make sure all of the IN forms are ready?
