I am having trouble importing the file and it keeps saying to try again. It's a simple import based on fields on the document (Account Number & SSN).

I have NOT received a success message, the login in failing.
I am having the same import issue from APEX Clearing with the identical message "Let's try again" "That didn't work" and "Try signing in again". This has been an issue in previous years also but was eventually resolved. I also successfully imported from another financial institution today into TT so not sure if the problem resides with TT or APEX. I did update TT before attempting to import. Please provide some guidance!
Same issue. Contacted Ally today (Feb 18). Their reply:
"Yes, we were able to confirm that Apex is in the process of completing this connection that makes the tax forms available, and we expect them to be ready on turbotax by the end of the day tomorrow. Thank you for your patience."
An earlier post had said it would be available today, so we'll see, but I'll try again on Friday.
Guess i'll try again later. cant believe i'm getting annoyed and antsy to see my rederal refund amount plummet and gain a negative sign.

I tried this morning and no dice....still getting the same error. Has anyone had success with the Apex 1099 import yet?
This Expert info isnt really helpful as its not directly related to the issue we are having. Hopefully someone from TT will chime in when the APEX Clearing importing issue is expected to be resolved.
Just tried again (1:45pm EST) ... and it worked. They must have finally fixed the connection.
This is still not working as of 2/20 , 2pm ET.

pass= SSN. With or without dashes??
I plan on trying again on Sat.

I was finally able to import with success!! Thank you.. i wish this could be avoided in future before tax season!
same problem. Just wasted about 30 mins trying to import ally 1099. Time to find another tax software??? Turbo tax is getting very bad
