Is turbotax free edition usable in 2021 if i dont file for 2020 tax?

email said "When you filed your 2019 taxes with TurboTax, you signed up for our free membership program. As part of the program, you can file your 2020 taxes 100% free no matter your tax situation with TurboTax Free Edition"

As long as you qualify for the Turbo Tax Free Edition each year you will be able to file using this method.
