Is turbo tax still offering refund advances? and at what point in filing will they offer you this option?

The tax filing season begins on January 28. The Refund Advance through TurboTax is available this year to select customers. It is not a self-select offer. If the offer is available to you then you will be able to select it in the Your refund info step of the File section.
