Is this a federal or state issue? Please provide more details. You can't efile amended federal returns, if that's what you're trying to do. As for states, some prohibit efiling for part-year year and nonresident returns.

E-File is not available because your tax return includes forms that can't be e-filed. Revisit the Review section to see which forms. Make sure to mail your return by April 15, 2019...thats what it says in the filing
