I don't know what is wrong with my tax return. It won't accept my filing.

PLEASE ANSWER ME. I ONLY MADE 12,000 IN SOCIAL SECURITY AND 645 IN UNEMPLOYMENT. I WOULD LIKE TO GET A REFUND ON MY TAXES TAKEN OUT FROM MY UNEMPLOYMENT. BUT IT WON'T ACCEPT MY FILING.
