Is there anyway to get my money back after paying for turbo tax deluxe if they charge my card but i never finished filing my taxes ?

I was filing my taxes and it told me I need turbo tax deluxe. I then chose that option and it told me to choose a payment method so i chose apple pay. It then charged my card but i never even submitted my taxes.

Probably not.  You don't have to pay until you efile or want to print.  By paying you are saying you agree.  Why can you finish and submit it?  The fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail or not file at all.
