Is there anyway I can still file online if I chose to download and mail it in? I found my pin and can file online now but don't see that option

Yes, if you haven't actually mailed it yet you can try to switch

Is your return closed because TurboTax thinks you were finished?  If so, and if you haven't actually printed and mailed the return, here's how to open it back up to go through the FILE section again and switch to efile.

On the Tax Home or down in "Your Tax Returns & Documents" look for a link "Add a  State".  That doesn't really add one; it just opens the return back up.
