Is there any way of knowing if your employer has issued your w-2s? I no longer work for the company,& no answer:(πŸ˜”πŸ˜­

I've called the company they will not answer the phone call they have caller ID and they know it's me they know what I want I don't know why they won't talk to me they told me they sent them out last week that's incorrect they're in broken Arrow I would have already had them so I know they're lying to me is there any way of knowing are they really there is there any way of getting a copy so I can do my w-2s I'm a single mother I'm unemployed at the moment I do have two interviews coming up but we have nothing right now and of course I had to renew for food stamps and we're waiting for them to give us that we haven't had any since December 1st please if anybody can help me is there any way of knowing where my w-2s are?

No, you cannot know with certainty that your former employer has issued your W-2.  You should be sure that they have your current address if you have moved since you worked for that employer.  Otherwise the W-2 may be mailed to an incorrect address.

IRS says--

If you don't get W-2 by Feb 14, contact IRS with employer info.

They will tell you how to proceed.
