Is there a way to import relevant information from my 2017 turbotax return filed when I was married? The return was filed under my ex-wife's SSN and email.

Unless you have your ex-wife's SSN and access to her email address, TurboTax won't let you log into the account because it uses a two-step verification process. If you do access TurboTax, her information will be carried into your new 2018 income tax return.

Regardless, for finalized divorces, if you filed married filing jointly (MFJ) last year, start a return in a new account this year. Completely removing a spouse after transferring information from a previous years' return is really tricky and something inappropriate is likely to be left in.
