Not unless your employer makes them available online.  Ask your employer.

Or just ask your employer for a copy of the W-2.

worst-case scenario - your employer is out of business or won't send a duplicate then you can get a transcript from the IRS (no state info) so if you need state info also you'll need to contact the Social Security Administration.  They charge a fee.
