Is there a way to determine whether Turbotax e-filed for 2024 or dropped the ball?

My 2025 e-filing was rejected until I changed the numbers for 2024 AGI to $0. My IRS website account has a document that says "we received a request for verification of non-filing of a tax return.  As of the date of this letter, we have no record of a processed tax return for the tax period listed above (2024)." I recall going through the steps to e-file the 2024 federal return, and receiving email confirmations, but long ago deleted those emails. I use the desktop version of Home & Business. The "check electronic filing status" in the 2024 desktop software says "we notice you haven't e-filed any of your returns."

What does it say in your 2024 TurboTax account?

 What does it say in your account?  Does it show that the return was accepted?   Or does it say something else---like "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail?”

If you discover or realize that your e-file was rejected, or just never filed, you will need to print it, sign and date it in ink, and file it by mail now, since e-filing is closed for returns for tax year 2024.

TurboTax is technically only a transmitter, not a filer of your returns. It doesn't file them automatically. you must do this by clicking on the Transmit Now icon

if you register through ID.me you can check the status of your 2024 return.
