No you cannot attach a Schedule C to an e-filed tax return.

You enter the self-employment income and expenses and that information is entered on a Schedule C by TurboTax and the Schedule C is e-filed along with your Form 1040.

Yes, this is income from self employment.  Once you add your self employment activity in TurboTax Online Self Employed or TurboTax Desktop the Schedule C will automatically be completed.

• If you started your return with TurboTax Online, it will automatically upgrade as you enter your information.
• If you started with TurboTax Desktop be sure to add your self employment
