Is there a setting I need to change to import form 1099?

I followed the instructions in help and there was no option listed to import the data. (some of the options on the screen are different than was listed in the instructions also)

Thank you for the information, I should have elaborated more.  I have checked the FAQ and verified that my financial institution (not Schwab)  is on the 'preferred partner' list.   Another stall point is that the TT help pages don't describe what I see on the screen when I follow the given path. When I go to the 1099 area, all I have an option to do is "Review".  I think I will try setting up a call with one of the help advisors.  Thank you.
