Is there a reason why I cannot upload my W2s? I've tried multiple ways: taking a picture, uploading a pdf photo, etc.

Not all w-2s can be successfully imported or uploaded.   There are many possible reasons the import/upload doesn't work.    The easiest option is to manually enter the document.  How do I manually enter my W-2?

There are many reasons that providing tech support that states "there are many reasons that this feature does not work" without naming any of the reasons or providing any solutions is a waste of my time and yours.
