if you're using online updates are automatic. if desktop are you running the program as administrator. other issues can be with firewall, antivirus or even browser. might be bad install of TT, uninstall, reboot, try reinstall. if you do reinstall rub=n as administrator if you can. finally, your only recourse would be to contact customer support
