Is there a reason for being so deceitful with your charging practices, agreeing to pay for 19.99 is not an agreement for 59.98?

There is nothing deceitful ... you had the choice to pay the $20 fee by Credit/Debit card  OR for an extra $40 fee the $20 fee can be withheld from your federal refund  for a $60 total ... you need to read all the screens that you agreed to ...

If you have not yet filed complete the FILE tab again and choose to pay the fee up front.

by the time you get to that point to where you seen you have been charged more than  you said, the thought of trying to fix it just frustrating, I am NOT the only one who has complained about this, I've read the comments. Now would I useTurboTax again? Honestly yes! but I would advise anybody to watch out for the tricky offers, when you think you have only agreed to one price (and I DID read the terms and I was still confused) and get another price. I will not fall for this again

All the DIY tax programs do the same thing and have for at least 15 years ... so they will not change things now ... could the extra fee info be more obvious ... yes it could... that I do agree with.
