If you filed before asking the forum for advise, you may have a miscalculation .
Ask you question now, so that someone might answer it.

No one else can see your tax return so no one can comment on whether you made any mistakes. We can help if you will ask some specific and clear questions about the things you are worried about. What do you think you may have done wrong? Provide some details about yourself without any personal information like SSN or address, etc. Your age? Filing status (single, married....) Source of income? What do you mean by "lost father?"

Start by printing your tax return or saving it as a PDF and reviewing it.
There's only one tax return, called a form 1040. It has 2 pages. Depending on your tax situation, there may be other forms and attachments for different situation, but the basic tax return is just a 2 page form 1040. There's not much that can go wrong when using software, unless you forget to list income, or you list deductions that you aren't actually allowed to take.
No on on this board can see your return, and you should not upload it as an attachment, since this board is not private. If you can ask more specific questions, we can try and answer them for you.
