Is there a place to enter box 4 (federal income tax withheld) from 1099-misc?

im in the early part of the filing. does this get answered further on in the process?

Yes, you'll be able to enter your 1099-MISC Box 4, Federal income tax withheld when you enter your 1099-MISC form. Under Box 3, check the box My form has other info in boxes 1-17.
