Is there a cut off time for Turbo Tax to file on April 15? My order date on my receipt say April 16 and it will not allow the tax payment for April 15

This is a known issue they are looking into currently.

You can go to the IRS website and make a payment there. https://directpay.irs.gov/directpay/payment?execution=e1s1
