This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--and nothing account-specific can be handled here. Please phone TurboTax Support for assistance to see what you can work out in regard to your fees, and hopefully you can reach them in time to avoid an auto-debit of your bank account. Was there instruction in the email on how to reach them or how to request the deferral? If not, I provided contact info below.
EDIT NOTE: Also see my next comment below, which is a FAQ paragraph explaining about deferrals. "You must request this deferral no later than 12:00 PM PT on the Thursday prior to the original debit date."

I just found this additional information in a FAQ, so you will need to move quickly to reach Customer Support by the deadline mentioned in the paragraph below:
If you need more time, you may be eligible for a one-time deferral that gives you an additional 21 days from your original auto-debit date to pay your fees. You must request this deferral no later than 12:00 PM PT on the Thursday prior to the original debit date. Please keep in mind that fees can only be deferred once. You can request the deferral yourself by following the “payment options” link in the email notification you received prior to the auto debit, or by contacting customer support at 1 (800) 446-8848.

Please see the 2 comments I left in this thread and in your other thread. I'm sorry, but this forum is not TurboTax Customer Support, so we can't give you anything here. You have to contact TurboTax Support either by phone using the contact info I provided above or using the "payment options" link provided in your email to request the deferral. And it appears the deadline is 12 Noon Pacific Time on the Thursday prior to your scheduled auto-debit date. So you will need to move quickly. If Support is already closed today, you can contact them tomorrow morning after 5:00 AM Pacific.
That FAQ paragraph I pasted above also refers to a "payment options" link in your email you received. Does that "payment options" link allow you to automatically request the deferral yourself? If you can't do it that way, then the paragraph above also lists a phone number to reach TurboTax Support.
