According to the IRS instructions for Form 8962, you and your daughter can allocate the policy amounts based on any percentages you agree upon.  You must use the same allocation percentage for all policy amounts though.

Is she a full-time student under age 24?  If so, the day by still be able to claim the daughter as a dependent (unless she provided over 50% of her own support).

*IF* that is the case, the 1095-A is not entered on the daughter's return at all, and it is entered on the dad's return.
