Is possible to oveeride and adjust the stadard deuction (there is no itemize deduction)? I need to change the number to reduce it due to Section 933 PR exempt income.

the standard deduction of person without itemize expenses is $12,200, however I still need to reduce as per Section 933 since there is PR exempt income included in the return. On previos version of turbo tax software I was allowed to do this, but this Y2019 business version I right click the mouse i do see the word override but software does not allow to execute the action.
