Is my self employment tax being added to my tax liability for my earned income or do I have to pay self employment tax separately somewhere else?

When you are entering in your tax information (both for your business and your personal) Turbo Tax will calculate the amount of taxes owed/refunded to you based on the information you have entered. The program also includes the self-employment tax into the final figures as well.
