Yes - your tax preparation fees paid to TurboTax in 2017 for your 2016 tax return(s) may be claimed as a miscellaneous itemized deduction on your 2017 federal return - however, to be able to claim it, you would have to have miscellaneous itemized deductions in an amount greater than 2% of your 2017 federal Adjusted Gross Income, in order to be able to claim this deduction - for more information, please see the following TurboTax FAQ, "Can I claim tax prep fees as a deduction?":
