Is it possible to get my taxes back from H&R block and let u all do them. Because no one there seems to know what they are doing

First I gave them taxes from 2023 and 24 to do them cause someone tried to still my identity. And had to have a number before they could start.

TurboTax can only give you Live support on the 2025 tax return.  There is no Live support for prior tax years. 

Prior tax years have to be completed and filed by the user of the desktop software.

To complete and file a prior year (2022 thru 2024) tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year required from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A prior year tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

I hate to say it, but TurboTax and those who work for TurboTax may not know what they are doing either.

I suggest a face-to-face appointment with a non-chain tax preparer, ideally someone that a friend or relative has referred to you to.  Without a referral, I suggest an Enrolled Agent (disclaimer:  I am an Enrolled Agent, so I may be biased, but without a referral, in my opinion an Enrolled Agent has the best probability of knowing how to correctly prepare your tax return compared with non-credentialed tax preparers or even CPAs).
