Is it possible to get a copy of your 2022 taxes from Intuit if you only used the disc and didn't use the online services?

No. If you used the Desktop program the only copy is on your computer. You need either the pdf file or the .tax2022 file and the program installed. What happened? Did you computer crash? No backups?

Or request a transcript from the IRS

Or get a copy of your return using form 4506
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
