you're really asking about your 2021 return which was due 4/18/2022. 

it can be filed at any time now but if you owe and haven't yet paid there will be penalties and interest for late filing and payment si file ASAP to reduce their accumulation. you can pay with the return or use the IRS website https://www.irs.gov/payments . if you are due a refund the sooner you file the sooner you'll get it.  make sure to read Turbotax filing instructions.  w-2s and other federal withholding forms need to be attached. you must sign and date.  it's advisable to use a mailing method where you can track it.  this way you'll know it has arrived because if you're due a refund it can be 6 to 8 weeks to show up and nothing will show up if you owed.
