Is it normal for returns to be delayed for no apparent reason. I filed on February 13th

I check where’s my refund multiple times a day, I have also called the automated line. Says refund has been delayed

Only the IRS can answer that.

Checking the refund site multiple times a day is pointless.  That refund site updates once daily.   TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return.   No one at TT can explain why you have not received your refund yet.   Only the IRS can explain.   You can call the IRS if you want to--but expect long hold times.
