Is it a reason to worry if my friends and I applied for the returns together and their application got accepted while mine still says "it's still being processed"?

You were ALL accepted for processing however theirs have processed faster than yours.  Nothing you can do but wait for your return to also finish being processed.

Is there a way to find out what the reason for the dealy is and if I'll be getting the returns at all?is there a possibility of me losing my money?

There is a possibility for anything to happen ... check the IRS site every few days for a progress report ...   https://www.irs.gov/refunds
