Is form 2106 available? I looked on the IRS website and it looks avail. My federal return was rejected for this form. Issue being resolved in a product release?

if you are self-employed, your expenses should be reported directly on schedule C.  if you also get wages and these expenses are related to you being an employee they are not deductible for federal but may be for state.
