Is for 8801 and Credit for Prior Year Minimum Tax the same thing and if yes - why is it saying the form is not available until 3/17 when it is available on the IRS site?

The form has to be approved by the IRS for inclusion into the program.

It is very disappointing to see Turbo Tax is having this issue as I do not recall having to deal with this in the past.  I have ALWAYS filed my taxes in February using turbo tax so this year turbo tax has definitely thrown me a curve ball.  I am reading that other tax software programs are not having this issue.  This seems like a huge issue for turbo tax in the coming years as I know several of my close friends are discussing switching next year as well.  At the very least turbo tax should stop sending email reminders to file early.  Instead they should send an email that says "I am sorry you cant file early, its out fault as is the delay in your refund"
