Is federal tax filing included in the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax?

The fee for Deluxe is $59.99 and $39.99 is being added to the fee. What is the extra charge for?

Is federal tax filing included in the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax?

because they (Turbo Tax) can! it is to e-file (which is really shaddy if you ask me!), and if you want to have them conveniently deduct the charge from you taxes oh that'll be about $60 more! VERY Shaddy! I don't think I'll use Turbo tax again!
