As answered in your other post ... TT has nothing to do with your situation between the IRS and the debit card bank so you are barking up the wrong tree. This public forum is for TT questions and is not a direct route to TT anything.
Until the holiday weekend is over I doubt you will get any answers from either the IRS or the bank so try again Monday.
