Is Capital Gains the total of "qualified" dividends? Are "ordinary" dividends included?

Only the qualified dividends are treated like capital gains for taxation.

After entering "Income" Turbo Tax offers: "See my capital gains".

I do not understand how that figure (My Capital Gains) is calculated?
