quite frequently last year and this.   if you filed after 10/15/21 or your return wasn't processed until after 10/15/21 the IRS does not update its database used to check AGI.  Try zero - 0. if that doesn't work you can call the IRS but most likely in that event, you'll have to mail it in.

Then 3

Then 2

When asked for SSN  do nothing it will ask twice

Then 2

Then 4

You should then be transferred  to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.

Are you perhaps not entering on the correct line? I had a similar issue.  Line 11 on the 1040 is the AGI.
