Is anyone know why i cannot pay my tax with bank of america debit card?

when i click "confirm payment" it show {Payment error We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number, and CVV and try again.} but i check my debit card info it was correct

Is the address on your card the same address as your return? If so, you can try using 123 Main Street for the address, but leave the City, State and Zip as they are.

Hi Catina,
Thank you for replying. However, it still doesn't work when I change the address to 123 Main Street for the address, but leave the City, State, and Zip as they are.
The website still shows the same alert.
