Is anyone having trouble entering their estimated tax payments on the desk-top version? When I go to the Deductions and Credits drop down I don't have an option.

If you're using desktop TurboTax, here's navigation for the desktop version:

Federal Taxes tab (Personal tab if using Home and Business)

Subtab Deductions & Credits.

"I'll choose what I work on."  (if asked)

Your Deductions & Credits Summary page.

Scroll way down the summary page to topic "Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid".

Expand that section to show the subtopics, and a subtopic may either just say "Estimates" or the more wordy "Estimated Tax Payments."   In any case, choose that subtopic.

On the next screen choose the appropriate category for these payments (Federal, state, local).

ADDENDUM

Also, before filing, make sure your Federal estimated tax payments correctly show on the Form 1040, Line 26, and that any state estimated tax payments (if applicable) correctly show up on your state return.    Since state estimated tax payments are entered on the Federal side of the interview, you may have to go back to the state return interview to ensure the payments flow over to the state return.
