Is anyone having problems with the software not allowing you to pay for filing with their refund?

I'm in California - filing with Turbo Tax for Small Business. After I go through all of the steps adding my info and verifying everything, I get a message saying that I'm not eligible to pay with my refund, which I find odd because I've been paying this way for the past five years.

Can you tell me if you choose the 5 Day Early option? If you choose this option you will not have the option of paying with your refund.

I chose that option first and wasn't eligible to pay with my refund. Then I switched to standard and it's still not allowing me to pay with the standard the deposit. Call the 800 number and all the people who tried to help me are clueless though they play nice. They can't tell me why I am not eligible to pay with my refund if I have money coming back.

Are there any options if I am still being allowed to pay with my refund using the standard deposit for 21 days wait period.

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and step through the FILE section again to see if you can select 'pay with refund'.
