Is there an update to the app that needs to be applied? You could try uninstalling and reinstalling.
I considered that but there is not an update in the Apple App Store. I did update the app a couple days prior when it was required and it wasn’t an immediate issue. The issue started a few days later.
I’m a bit afraid to uninstall not knowing what app data might be affected. I may finish up my taxes in a browser, and investigate further afterwards.
