Is anyone else having problems adding a 2nd 1099-SA? It's only allowing me to edit the existing one, even when I click the "Add" button.

Please tell us the following:

1. Are you using the Online product or the desktop product? If desktop, is it Windows or Mac?

2. Are the distribution codes (box 3) the same on both 1099-SAs?

3. Were the 1099-SAs for an HSA or an MSA?

4. Any other comments?

Thanks for trying to help. I figured out my issue - one form is a 1099-SA and the other is a 5498-SA. I focused on the "SA" part and didn't notice that the numbers were different. I just looked up the difference and am now all set for filing.
