Irs sent me a letter to add form 1095-A

So if the IRS has sent me a letter to send a completed copy of my 1095-A and completed Form 8962 do I amend it on turbo tax or do i fax to the IRS.

How can I download a clean tax return that I just e-filed? My download has huge letters in caps saying "Do Not File" , "Form Not Final" as though it wasn't reviewed yet.
