IRS schedule states my tax forms should be available today yet TurboTax still says "The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. " Any ideas?

If I sent my file by mail from Thailand I will get my tax return right? What I have to sent beside file from TurboTax? W2? SSN? or just file from Turbotax
