IRS rejected my 2018 return because TurboTax sent form 2210. But I read the form in my return and it seems the form should not have been included. What do I do now!

I paid all estimated IRS taxes for 2017, and received a big tax refund from the IRS. I don't know what to do next. HELP!

There is some type of issue that people are experiencing with this. If you go to the 2210 screen from the error message and enter anything in the explanation box, it will let you successfully efile.

Click "explain" and type in box something like "I'm actually getting a refund", it should let you efile.
