IRS didnt accept my refund as was submitted I am only getting back partial of what I was told by TurboTax The IRS says I do not quaify for EIC Can you please explain why

Unfortunately we cannot explain why the IRS has determined that you do not qualify for EIC. The IRS and states do not share that information with Turbo Tax once they receive your return for security reasons. 

The best course of action is to call the IRS and speak to a tax representative there who will be able to answer all your questions and provide more information about their decision.
