You must first Get the 1095-A from the source you were insured with. Then you input it into the health care area of TurboTax to Make the 8962.

It would have been included IF you had entered the 1095-A to start with ... then the 8962 would have been included in the original filing. The IRS is giving you the chance to make this correction now ... follow the letter instructions carefully.
