My login info works fine on Investor360's site, but when using that same info with Mint's connection, I get this error. When I contacted Mint support, the person kept telling me to follow the instructions (I was, and it wasn't working--that's why I contacted their support), until they eventually stopped responding. I was courteous and professional, so that was just a waste of time. Anyone else have a solution, I'd be grateful.

This is a TurboTax user and tax forum.
As already mentioned, if Mint Support can't help you, it is unlikely you wll be able to find a solution on this board as there is virtually no support for Mint here.
You can try searching at the link below.
Otherwise, the only other resource would be Mint Chat:
I’ve been having the same problem and it’s frustrating. I’ve called investor 360 and they are fine on their end. I’m having trouble getting through to mint. What a pain!
I have had the same issue for 10 days.
Have you tried the support link (chat)?
I am having the same problem. Everything worked fine until two weeks ago. I keep getting the message asking if I closed the account since nothing matches up. I put in the same name and password at the Investor 360 site and get right in. Mint needs to investigate this.
Mint needs to investigate this asap. 1 week ago intuit says i closed my account but it put the same info into my credit union website and my account pops up.
Put it into mint and it says "We couldn’t get any information from your account."
Tried support chat and got told to do stuff I already did(update the information with the user nad password)
