Intuit TurboTax Deluxe is stuck on a never ending loop and won't let me file because it doesn't recognize my routing number, and it won't let me mail in either.

it seems it's a software issue. I can't find a way to contact them

Intuit TurboTax Deluxe is stuck on a never ending loop and won't let me file because it doesn't recognize my routing number, and it won't let me mail in either.

Try following these steps to get past this loop:

 

  1. Visit the "File" section of your return and locate the Banking information for Direct Deposit. 
  2. Click into the Routing Number field, erase the information that appears in the box, and enter only 123456789. 
  3. Click into the account number box, and enter your correct account number. 
  4. Click back into the routing number box, erase the numbers 123456789 and type in your correct Routing Number. Please do not copy and paste. 

Following these steps should allow you to continue to file your return.
