I tried entering 1099-INT income into my State Tax filing, but it is not letting me do so. Has this automatically been carried over from the Federal Return?

Interest income is to be entered in the Federal Section under Wages and Income.

Yes, it is transferred to the State return then, so it is not entered again in the state section.
