Installing Turbo Tax 2021 on a new computer.

I installed Turbo Tax 2021 using the cd and the next day my computer died.  Now I go to install it on another computer without a cd but when I try to download the program it won't let me because the license code is associated with another account even though I never registered the software using an intuit account.  The license agreement says you can install it on 5 computers  but it's not happening.

If you first installed from the CD it seems you can not download it from online now.  You can't do both CD and download.   See the new info on this FAQ
